We purchased 2 infrared pads in September
1 of them has a few lights not working
the 2nd one is not basically not working at all. first just a few lights not lighting up to 2 rows not lighting up to 1 row lighting up occasionally with manipulation of the pad ,but not staying lit.

Hello! Wondering if there is a more detailed frequency guide available?
Can the pads be used on the same location more than once a day?
Can the pads be placed anywhere on the body for the stress setting?
Also, can the face pad cause precancerous cells on the lips to heal?

Brand new pad doesn’t work

I got a deep light therapy pad for myself last week. It worked twice and now the lights don’t light up. It gets power as the light works on the on/off button, but none of the infared lights light up. What can we do so I can get a new one please?

I am trying to place my new product into the product registration and warranty section but when I attach the receipt it refuses to accept it. That is likely because this is a product you replaced that I received Jan. 13. There was no receipt with it I assume because it is a replacement pad for the fault pad I originally received. So I put in the October receipt for the original pad. How do I proceed to get the new on registered? And do you have instructions as well as a mailer for returning the faulty pad?
